Having seen a kitchen designed and fitted by Justin and his team in a beautiful Airbnb we stayed at in the Cotswolds, I chose them to work with on my own kitchen renovation and redesign despite the fact that I'm based down in Surrey. Justin's attention to detail in working through my - rather complex and detail-oriented - brief was second to none. He was so patient with me exploring various options and ensuring we could meet both the functional and aesthetic criteria for my new kitchen. We really wanted to make this the heart of our home and have definitely succeeded. It truly is now my 'happy place'. It wasn't the most straight forward process being based a couple of hours away and having several issues with the builders ( - totally unrelated to Justin and his team), but the customer service and support from Riley James was of an excellent standard and Justin even came down to finish the job personally when things went a little awry with my local fitter. I would definitely recommend them both in terms of their professionalism, attention to detail and desire to create wonderful spaces for their clients. Thanks so much to Justin, Vicki and the team.

Justin, Vicki and the team @ Riley James did an amazing job of our kitchen. They listened carefully to all our wishes and added many of their own suggestions and improvements. We were provided with a visual design and clear, detailed quote. They accommodated numerous tweaks and changes accurately and searched for bespoke materials where needed. We needed some structural work doing first and they found us a brilliant installer who did the whole job to the highest standard from start to finish. His eye for detail was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Riley James highly enough!! We absolutely love our new kitchen thanks!!

Justin and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We had an office/storage supplied and fitted along with a fabulous bathroom. Justin’s advice and support has resulted in us being chuffed with our new bathroom. Our fitter Josh was also excellent, great workmanship you cannot fault. I would recommend 100% if you’re thinking of having a new bathroom or kitchen! Thanks to you all

In the last 15 months I have had a bathroom and kitchen supplied and fitted by Riley James. I'm delighted with both and was grateful for the ideas and advice coming from the team. Thanks to Martin for doing the bathroom and Shaun and Joe who fitted the kitchen. Thanks to Vicki who was always on the ball with communications and Justin whose knowledge, experience and patience ensured everything went according to plan.

We recently had a kitchen fitted with Riley James. Their customer service was great and they were full of good ideas. In addition, the kitchen fitter Joe was highly professional and meticulous. We love our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Riley James.
